  1. Interview: A personal interview will be scheduled with the principal. A parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) as well as the prospective student(s) must be in attendance for this interview with most recent report card and Step Up for Students Award letter if applicable. We will tour the school, fill out an introduction application, and answer any questions you may have about Landmark and our programs.
  2. Application: A completed application, all required academic records, as well as the nonrefundable application and testing fees must be received before testing will be conducted. To complete the application click the "Apply Now" button. In addition to completing the application online, the following documentation is needed to begin school:
    • Copy of birth certificate
    • Florida Certificate of Immunization (HRS Form 680)
    • Student Health Exam Form (HRS Form 3040)
    • Any legal documents, if applicable
  3. Testing: Set an appointment with secretary to schedule a testing time. LCS administers entrance tests to all prospective students entering Grades 1 through 12 to evaluate academic abilities.
  4. Acceptance: Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will be notified as soon as possible regarding the student’s acceptance. Admission is not finalized until all applicable documentation has been received and all necessary fees paid in full.
